Coffee Deficit : 2020s

Image
A coffee shortage on the way? It's quite possible according to IBISWorld . Prices have surged 21.6% this year due to drought as well as severe frost affecting Brazil's coffee plants. That caffeine fix could become extremely costly due to price hikes, so be prepared to pay through the nose. An estimate in the following story  says it could last three years. Time to take out that second mortgage, methinks.

W.A. Chimes in with New Taco Bell

Image
Western Australia has opened it's first Taco Bell restaurant in Midland. Pictured below are some eager customers with nothing better to do than to put their lives on hold by waiting in line in order to be the first in this state to sample the wares of this fast food franchise. Lucky for them, there's a fitness centre close at hand (see left of picture) but with Taco Bell going in one end and Taco Smell coming out the other, I certainly hope the gymnasium is equipped with air freshener.

The last time I had something at Hungry's was a couple of weeks ago. I wouldn't quite classify it in the category of swill, but it was distinctly average as well as being overpriced. The chips were all right, though. Currently, WA is at 41.5% compliance. For more details go  here  or check out the screenshots below

Trunalimunumaprzure : Afghanistaliban

Afghanistan has fallen to the Taliban as a result of the ineptitude of this fellow. Give him a flight of stairs to fall up or a luscious head  of hair to snort upon and the man is in his element. Give him the task of strategic withdrawal to ensure the safety of those who served in Afghanistan (whether it be the U.S. military and their allies which include many Afghans) the guy proves himself to be a complete chowderhead. The more you Joe, the more you know.
